Service Grant Program Report:
Throughout the NSL summer season, we achieved substantial progress within the Service Grant Program, focusing on our gateways. Our team successfully completed three binary updates and expanded the network to 97 gateways, now spread across 26 countries worldwide. The activation of WireGuard marked a significant milestone, further strengthening the security and performance of our network.
We maintained constant, proactive communication with gateway operators, addressing their queries and resolving issues swiftly to ensure uninterrupted service. Our hands-on approach and vigilant oversight were crucial in guiding the gateways’ vital roles during the Alpha and Beta phases of NymVPN. As we approach the full launch, these efforts have laid a strong foundation for the future.
Delegation Program Report:
With the launch of Delegation Program 2, we undertook a major transition from the previous phase. We meticulously reviewed and audited all participating mixnodes, removing those that were inactive and bringing in new, more reliable ones to enhance the network’s efficiency and reach. Currently, there are mixnodes participating in the delegation program across 45 countries, showcasing its global scope.
Our team completed three critical binary updates to keep every node current, and we leveraged the CRM control system developed by Pawnflake for continuous monitoring. This system, along with our regular audits and the rules we helped shape, ensures that the 130 active mixnodes in the program consistently meet our high standards.
Our efforts went beyond basic maintenance: we fostered strong relationships with node operators, providing guidance and support, and actively participated in strategic discussions to refine and advance the delegation program. These collaborative efforts have not only strengthened the program but also set a benchmark for operational excellence, ensuring that our delegation program remains robust, resilient, and strategically aligned with our goals.
