Who participated?
The entire TupiNymQuim team was present at the Web Summit. The nymster, nymjas or shinobis supermeia, psydenst, vitorsantanna, duda and lorifie were present for 5 days of the event.
What was the reaction of the audience?
Both companies like Transfero and hundreds of people over the five days were very interested in the Nym. Despite being an event that brings together many technology professionals, the vast majority of people we interacted with were unaware of the current structural metadata leak and were very interested in the project.
Is this a regular event?
Yes, it happens every year. It’s one of the biggest in LATAM, with approximately 30k people attending.
How do you plan to follow-up with this audience?
Being present at the best events in Brazil, with lectures and workshops.
How did the activity help Nym community grow?
We represented Nym in one of the largest technology event franchises in the world. Representation of this size is essential to make Nym better known, both in the social and business worlds.
Overview:
We were at the Swisstech stand helping Daniel (HoG Latam) interact with other companies and the public at the event. We explained what Nym’s mixnet is, the decentralized node operation system and promoted the delegation program.
On the last day of the event, Nym had its own stand and TupiNymQuim, together with Daniel, explained the Nym project to dozens of people who came to the stand.

Important note:
This event was held in April, simultaneously with the creation of the forum. As the submission system was different until then (at the end of the season), we ended up not submitting these events. We won’t naturalize the submission of events that took place a long time ago, these are two exceptions.
