Delegation program 2 was launched successfully, and with the help of Pawnflake and the new CRM, managing the program is more efficient and more automated. Mentors worked on dozens of submitted applications for the delegation program, checking for quality submissions that met all specifications, but for hardware, node parameters and quality of service. This lead to selection of nodes with high quality performance. Mentors also perform regular monitoring of node to make sure selected node maintained there node parameters, hardware requirements and quality of service. Mentors also ensured that selected nodes maintained binaries not more two versions old, this helps to ensure that the mixnet maintained high numbers of upto date node.
Mentors also mentained close relationship with node operators community, mentors help render help to operators having issues with their node where they are able to and escalate persistent issues to devrel. This has lead to an inclusive node operators community where people can get help and interact with other operators and stay updated with latest changes
